Service Desk Analyst - Swindon - MCP
IT support desk analyst is required to work on 2 customer sites (both within easy reach of Swindon). The role will involve diagnosing and resolving Microsoft software and PC hardware queries using remote access tools, IT helpdesk and onsite visits (if required). A Microsoft qualification like MCTS Exchange or some MCP's are highly desirable coupled with relevant practical IT experience.
