Recruitment Consultant



Belgarum Recruitment is currently looking for full time Recruitment Consultants to join them on a self employed (commission only) basis who want to build up their own desk. We are looking for people from a recruitment background to help grow our business nationally. Ideally you will have both telephone and face to face sales experience and are an ambitious, confident and well spoken individual.



Your role would involve attracting new business from client companies by using your sales and business development skills. This includes building relationships with candidates and clients, keeping in touch over the telephone and also in writing. You will be responsible for managing your own area and building up your own Client database.



We are looking for people who can motivate themselves to work from home and effectively be their own boss. We will provide you with ongoing support and training as required.



What we offer



- We offer a fantastic commission scheme (40% - 50% of every placement). A consultant can expect to earn in excess of £35,000 in year one (based on 1 placement a month). Once you have built up your desk, earnings should exceed £75,000 per annum.
